What Happened to Hello?
WHTH addresses the growing issue of online microaggressions. Together with my group, we observed how online microaggressions have become more prevalent, as most messages and comments sent on social media come with little to no repercussions.
With the increased frequency of these comments and messages, such behaviours are becoming normalised, making it difficult to report them when frustrations are often dismissed as minor. Our initiative aims to bridge this gap by providing victims with an outlet to counter these behaviours through a digital platform that offers them a voice and holds perpetrators accountable for their words and actions.
